Enjoy the view from the lanai of Diamond Head Crater and Kapiolani Park. This condo suite sits only one block from world famous Waikiki Beach!

Save time and money with a full kitchen, separate bedroom and bath, all just 1 block from the beach! Kitchen has ample counter and cabinet space. There is also a dining table that seats four.

Sleeping arrangements include a king sized bed in the bedroom along with a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room. Folding portable cribs and additional high quality inflatable air beds are available for no charge upon request.


ATTENTION:

Koko Resorts has been notified by the Waikiki Sunset Building Management that this unit is scheduled for exterior renovation and maintenance between the approximate dates of Feb. 27, 2012 and May 16, 2012. Renovation activity will vary significantly during the period and may include noise, dust, lanai closures, air conditioning restrictions, restriction on use of windows, view obstructions and other construction related inconveniences.

A 10% discount off of the rental rates for this unit is available at the time of booking due to the closure of the lanai, the noise, and other inconveniences. Koko Resorts has no control of or actual knowledge of the dates that renovation work will occur. Koko Resorts will refund an additional 20% off of the room rental rate for all dates actually effected by air conditioning restrictions. Please only book this suite if you are willing to accept these conditions as no further refunds, unit changes, or cancellations will be available due to renovation.

The Waikiki Sunset is the perfect location for your honeymoon, anniversary, or to just relax and enjoy paradise! Located only one block from world famous Waikiki Beach, the Waikiki Sunset is conveniently located near a wide selection of restaurants, specialty shops, and other tourist attractions. The kids will love the Waikiki Zoo and Aquarium which are located only a few blocks away.

The recreation deck on the 6th floor is equipped with a swimming pool, tennis court, and barbeque grill. There is even an on-site mini-mart to help you with those last minute necessities.

Koko Resorts provides a centrally located management in case of the unexpected. Our office is located next door in the Waikiki Banyan on the 5th floor of Tower 1 in Suite 501. In addition, Koko Resorts provides other convenient amenities, FREE of charge, such as boogie boards, golf putters, tennis rackets, basketballs, portable (folding) cribs, and high quality inflatable mattresses. Amenities may be checked out from our office on a first come basis.
